Less than 50 km away from the old town, a team of four is working hard to deliver fruits, vegetables and spices to the hotel. 27 hectares are hosting all sorts of berries, apples, pears, spinach, carrots and flowers.

Developed over many years, gardens are now very productive and provide the kitchen of our restaurants with fresh and delicious products.
