Head Chef Linas Brazinskas
Linas Brazinskas is the head chef of a kitchen composed of 16 cooks. He gathered various experiences in Spain, France and Italy. The food he is preparing today is not based on a specific cuisine. It is rather inspired by the seasons and by the products found in the restaurant’s own garden.
Some of the dishes in our restaurant are created with the participation and advice of Jean-François Rouquette (Michelin chef working in Paris).
