Head Chef Linas Brazinskas
Linas Brazinskas is the chef of the kitchen. Today he is heading the team of 16 profesional cooks. He gained his skils and experience in Spain, France and Italy.
The food he is preparing today is not based on a specific cuisine. It is rather inspired by the seasons and by local traditions.
The restaurant’s menu is created with the participation and advice of Jean–François Rouquette (Michelin chef working in Paris).
