Gerdvilas Zalys is the author of the new concept of Lithuanian cuisine in the Relais&Chateaux Stikliai Hotel restaurants. He started writing his kitchen history in Lithuania this autumn, just after returning from Paris. For the past three years Gerdvilas has been working in French gastronomic legend, Joel Robuchon’s restaurant “L’Atelier de Joel Robuchon Saint-Germain”, which is among the top 15 restaurants in the world. He has been promoted to the second kitchen chef – Seconde Cuisine – position at the time when Joel Robuchon was at the peak of his work acknowledgment with 32 Michelin stars in his hands.

The delicate taste of the kitchen is ensured by the fact that the chef uses only the best products, and most of the fresh vegetables, fruits, berries and herbs are grown in a 2.5 hectare farm owned by the Stikliai restaurant in Dubingiai.

Since 1987, the team of Stikliai restaurant has gained a great experience in serving the restaurant and outgoing events. For two decades, Stikliai has been serving world leaders visiting the Presidential Palace of the Republic of Lithuania, members of the Royal Families, and celebrities of the world. Weddings, anniversary celebrations, christenings and other private celebrations are being organized here.

Guests can enjoy a rich buffet breakfast at the breakfast menu, and hot dishes are served from the A La Carte menu. All confectionery products come from our confectionery shop. Early in the morning, our croissants, buns, breads are baked. All jams are homemade and only from the berries and fruits of the Dubingiai farm. Freshly squeezed fruit juice, Prosecco sparkling wine, a cozy setting overlooking a romantic courtyard, is definitely one of the best choices to start the day.
