Job Description:
We are looking for an enthusiastic bartender to provide an excellent guest drinking experience with high service standards. You need to be able to create classic and innovative drinks exceeding customers needs and expectations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Warm and pleasant communication with the guest and colleagues
- Provide excellent customer service to guests
- Follow all relevant health department regulations
- Assessing bar customers’ needs and preferences and making recommendations
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
- Preparing alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages, taking orders, serving snacks and drinks
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Have at least 1 year of experience in the same or similar role
- Interested in mixology, food, drinks and restaurant trends
- Can communicate in Lithuanian and English perfectly (other languages is an advantage)
- Can work individually and with the team
- Able to learn quickly
- Can handle stressful situations
- Like clean and tidy working place
- Responsible and honest
- Can work different shifts
- Feeling a constant hungry to learn and improve
- You like to mix, and discover something new
- You are interested not only in drinks but in gastronomy also
